The ValuPass is a series of 12 consecutive monthly passes available for advance purchase rather than month-by-month. Each pass arrives by mail and you can sign up at any time during the year. You'll save over 8 percent compared to the cost of individually purchased monthly passes.

How does it work?

Select the type of service and the month you'd like to start from the fares listed below.
Determine the price category: Regular or Discount.
Make full payment in advance to RTD. You may purchase the 12-month ValuPass any time during the year.
No refunds are given for any reason, and you cannot change the service level or price category once you've purchased the ValuPass.

RTD's ValuPass can be purchased directly at the following RTD locations:

To get started, simply complete the ValuPass Order Form.Then, submit it with your payment to an RTD sales representative at an authorized RTD outlet by the 10th of the month to ensure your pass will be delivered by the first of the following month. You will receive 12 passes by mail at your residence.

Your payment must be received by the 10th of the month to ensure your pass will be delivered by the 1st of the following month.

Your monthly passes will be automatically mailed to your residence for 12 consecutive months

ValuPass Fares

Local AB, BC, CD	$770.00	This pass is valid for all Local and Limited bus routes, call-n-Ride service and two-zone light rail travel. Select either a Local AB, BC or CD Monthly Pass if you travel primarily between two adjacent light rail zones. It can also be used as a credit of $2.00 on any other regular RTD service.
*Discount Local AB, BC, CD	$385.00	This discount pass is valid for all Local and Limited bus routes, call-n-Ride service and two-zone light rail travel. Select either a Local AB, BC or CD Monthly Pass if you travel primarily between two adjacent light rail zones. It can also be used as a credit of $1.00 on any other regular RTD service.
Express ABC or BCD	$1,408.00	This pass is valid for all Express bus routes, three-zone light rail travel (ABC or BCD) and all of the services listed above. It can also be used as a credit of $3.50 on any other regular RTD service.
* Discount Express ABC or BCD	$704.00	This discount pass is valid for all Express bus routes, three-zone light rail travel (ABC or BCD) and all of the services listed above. It can also be used as a credit of $1.75 on any other regular RTD service.
Regional	$1,804.00	This pass is valid for all Regional and skyRide bus routes, all zone light rail travel and and all of the services listed above.
* Discount Regional	$902.00	This discount pass is valid for all Regional and skyRide bus routes, all zone light rail travel and and all of the services listed above.

*Discount Fares apply to all seniors 65+, individuals with disabilities, Medicare recipients and students in elementary, middle and high school, ages 6-19. Proof of eligibility is required when boarding. For seniors or individuals with disabilities, a Special Discount Card may be obtained by calling 303.299.2667. Active duty members of the U.S. military currently ride for free on all RTD services.
