Visit an RTD photo location
Visit one of the following RTD locations to get your EcoPass photo taken. The busiest time for taking photos is during the lunch hour, so employees and residents should plan for a 20- to 30-minute wait.

EcoPass photos will not be taken on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day. If holiday falls on a Monday, photos will be taken on Tuesday.
Instructions for employees
Before heading down to one of our photo locations, employees must arrive with a driver's license or a Colorado state I.D. The employee must also present a completed, signed and dated official RTD authorization form from the employer on company letterhead. Authorization forms must be dated within 30 days of the photo appointment. The EcoPass photo I.D. will not be valid until a current decal is placed on the EcoPass. Decals must be applied by an authorized employer representative or by RTD staff.
Instructions for residents
Before heading down to one of our photo locations, Neighborhood EcoPass residents must arrive with a driver's license or a Colorado state I.D. In addition, proof of residency, such as a utility bill or bank statement with your current address, must be provided. The resident must also present a completed, signed and dated official RTD authorization form from the Neighborhood EcoPass coordinator. Authorization forms must be dated within 30 days of the photo appointment. The Neighborhood EcoPass photo I.D. will not be valid until a current decal is placed on the Neighborhood EcoPass.

Coordinators email photos to RTD
Coordinators can email jpeg photos to RTD. Please see reference manual for details.
Option 3:
Coordinators arrange on-site photos
RTD staff may take photos at an employer's office location at no extra charge for photos of 50 or more employees from Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. depending on available staff time and equipment. If less than 50 employees are photographed, the employer will be charged a minimum fee of $100.00 per hour.
