College Pass is a one-year agreement between your college and RTD that results in a transit pass for all students. Students pay a low semester fee for College Pass. Students vote for the pass in a campus-wide election, but you have to get it on the ballot by working with your student government. Once your college is enrolled you simply show your ID and board the bus. Ask your student government organization to get you a College Pass, it starts by calling 303.299.2122.

There are a lot of advantages for having a College Pass:

  • Parents and students can stop worrying about buying a car or paying for parking
  • Forget about traffic congestion
  • Forget about car maintenance, license fees, wear and tear
  • Leave the car at home and ride the RTD bus/train to class
  • Study on the bus/light rail
  • Save your money for fun instead of spending it on a car
