This month, RTD recognizes our commitment to our passengers.
Ramsay Huntley said:“I’m just writing to say how impressed I have been with RTD lately. I’ve been commuting almost daily between Denver and Boulder for several months via the FF2 and find it possibly the best public transit experience I have yet seen. I’ve commuted via transit for years here in Denver as well as Boston and DC, and find the service almost always excellent. I’ve also been pleased with the A Line service to the airport. The staff on the train and the bus have been professional and usually very friendly which isn’t something I would generally associate with public transportation. Finally, I’ve been completely impressed with Union Station. Truly in a class of its own! Just wanted to let you know you have customers who are quite happy with your service!.”
Heather Crabtree said:“It is often that I take the time to provide feedback on a service. However, recently I had such a great and valuable transportation experience that I wanted to share my appreciation. In my recent trip to downtown Denver, I was concerned about coordinating transportation needs, driving to Denver, and parking. A local resident suggested the use of the A Line train from the airport. In addition, since I was staying at a hotel on 16th Street, they further recommended the use of the 16th Street Free MallRide shuttle. In many, many years of travel, this was by far one of the BEST mass transit experiences in the United States that I’ve had. The train from the airport was very convenient, easy and comfortable, with signs that were easy to follow and location easy to access. The free shuttle bus was also easy to find and use. Thank you for making coming to and visiting downtown Denver a great experience!”
