Commitment to our Passengers
This month, RTD recognizes our commitment to our passengers.

“I am homeless, living at the Samaritan House. I very seldom used RTD before being in this situation. I am a veteran, looking for a job, and I received bus tickets to attend a class. Today I used the A train to Peoria Station, this was an unbelievably great experience. I then transferred to the 121. You should always be proud of the people you employ, from the very first security guard, who went out of his way to help me get the ticket stamped, to everyone I came in contact with during my trip. Your employees were professional, courteous, and very helpful. I was able to attend a class and get certification on forklift operation. This could possibly (and will) lead to employment and the end of homeless life, all because of your great employees and your organization. I can’t thank you ENOUGH.”
