Director Yamrick was elected to the Board of Directors of the Regional Transportation District in November of 2004. She is Director of District F, which includes Aurora and part of Centennial within Arapahoe County. She was elected to serve for a four-year term.

Director Yamrick served two terms on the Aurora Public School Board. Currently, she is substitute teaching in the Public Schools in Denver and Aurora.

Director Yamrick is a graduate of Lorretto Heights/Regis University with a Bachelors Degree in Social Studies/Education and a Masters Degree in Planning from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Director Yamrick currently serves as a member of the Aurora City Council Transportation Committee and also serves on the Aurora Chamber of Commerce Transportation Committee.
