Share Your Ideas on the 2020 Customer Panel

If you ride our buses or trains and want to share your ideas to help improve RTD, then we encourage you to apply for a spot on our 2020 Customer Panel.

The RTD Customer Panel is a year-long group that discusses RTD policies, procedures, products, and services. By joining this panel, you can help us shape the future of public transit and enable our agency to respond more effectively to customer needs.

The 15-member panel meets four times a year on Wednesday evenings from 5:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the RTD Administration Building at 1660 Blake Street in downtown Denver. In return for their participation, panel members receive a free Regional monthly pass for each month they attend a meeting.

Best of all, panel members who attend all four meetings receive a free annual EcoPass for 2021.

RTD's EcoPass is an unlimited, non-transferable bus and train pass valid for all fare levels (including Airport).

Applying for the 2020 Customer Panel is easy. Just fill out our short online application form by 11:59 p.m. MST on December 15, 2019 and expect to hear from us in January 2020.

RTD employees and their family members cannot be considered for this panel.

If you are selected as a candidate, a copy of the Customer Panel Meeting Guidelines will be sent to you via email by January 15, 2020 to review before you make a final decision to become a panel member.
