Reducing the cost of your commute

FlexPass is an annual pass program that can be customized to meet the needs of the employer and employees. The program's flexible nature enables employees to choose their service level, vary passes from month-to-month, and enter or leave the program at any time. Plus, it's tax deductible to the employer and provided tax-free to employees.

Frequently asked questions

Passes must be purchased by the 19th of the previous month. Passes purchased after the 19th of the month will be for two months out.
Passes will be mailed on or around the 25th of each month. Please call us at 877-745-FLEX (3539) or email contact@rtd-flexpass.com if you do not receive your pass by the last business day of the month.

Unfortunately, previously purchased passes cannot be exchanged for a FlexPass.
At this time 10-pass books are not available through Flex.
First, double check that you have put typed in your exact employer’s name. If you are still having problems finding your employer email contact@rtd-flexpass.com or call 877-745-FLEX (3539).
If your purchase is approved, your credit card / debit card will be charged immediately. Please note that you are responsible for purchasing the correct pass and that no refunds will be given.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Credit cards will be charged on the day of purchase. There are no refunds or exchanges.
No. The FlexPass program is designed for one pass per person.

Discount Fares apply to all seniors 65+, individuals with disabilities, Medicare recipients and students in elementary, middle and high school, ages 6-19. Proof of eligibility is required when boarding.
