When do I need to purchase my FlexPass?
Passes must be purchased by the 19th of the previous month. Passes purchased after the 19th of the month will be for two months out.
When can I expect to receive my pass?
Passes will be mailed on or around the 25th of each month. Please call us at 877-745-FLEX (3539) or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive your pass by the last business day of the month.
Who do I contact if I have not received my pass by the last day of the purchase month?
Email email@example.com or call 877-745-FLEX (3539). Calls and emails will be returned within 24 business hours.
If I have purchased a monthly or yearly pass through RTD can I exchange it for a FlexPass?
Unfortunately, previously purchased passes cannot be exchanged for a FlexPass.
Can I purchase a 10-pass book through Flex?
At this time 10-pass books are not available through Flex.
If my business participates in FlexPass but I cannot find my employer on the site who do I contact?
First, double check that you have put typed in your exact employer’s name. If you are still having problems finding your employer email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 877-745-FLEX (3539).
When will my credit card be charged for my pass?
If your purchase is approved, your credit card / debit card will be charged immediately. Please note that you are responsible for purchasing the correct pass and that no refunds will be given.
What forms of payment can I use to purchase my FlexPass?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Credit cards will be charged on the day of purchase. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Can I purchase more than one FlexPass each month?
No. The FlexPass program is designed for one pass per person.
How does my employer sign up for the FlexPass program?
Your employer should call RTD’s Sales and Outreach Division at 303-299-2132.
What is the difference between a Regular and a Discounted Pass?
Discount Fares apply to all seniors 65+, individuals with disabilities, Medicare recipients and students in elementary, middle and high school, ages 6-19. Proof of eligibility is required when boarding.
