Paying your SkyRide fare
One-way SkyRide fares are just $9, $11, or $13 depending on your boarding location. You can pay for SkyRide service with the exact cash fare when you board, or save by purchasing SkyRide tickets ahead of time. Tickets can be purchased online, at RTD sales outlets, at any light rail station, or by phone at 303.299.6464. RTD monthly passes can also be used as credit toward a SkyRide fare. Regional monthly passes are valid for full SkyRide fare.

* Discount fares apply to all seniors 65+, individuals with disabilities, Medicare recipients, and students in elementary, middle and high school, ages 6-19. Proof of eligibility is required when boarding. Learn more about discount fares and proof of eligibility. Children ages 15 and younger ride for free on SkyRide when accompanied by an adult (limit of three children for each fare-paying adult). EcoPass holders pay a $2.50 upcharge for SkyRide service to and from DIA. EcoPasses issued by DIA employers are exempt from this fee. No fee is charged when traveling from the Airport Blvd/40th Ave or the Stapleton Park-n-Ride to DIA.
Connections and transfers
If you connect to SkyRide from any RTD bus service, ask the bus driver for a transfer, which will serve as credit toward your SkyRide fare. Present the transfer when boarding, along with the exact additional fare payment. When transferring from light rail, present your light rail ticket as a credit toward your SkyRide fare, along with any additional payment.
