Passes must be purchased by the 15th of the previous month. Passes purchased after the 15th of the month will be for two months out.

Passes will be mailed on or around the 21st of each month. Please call us at 877-745-FLEX (3539) or email [email protected] if you do not receive your pass by the last business day of the month.

Unfortunately, previously purchased passes cannot be exchanged for a FlexPass.

At this time 10-pass books are not available through Flex.

First, double check that you have put typed in your exact employer’s name. If you are still having problems finding your employer email [email protected] or call 877-745-FLEX (3539).

If your purchase is approved, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Please note that you are responsible for purchasing the correct pass and that no refunds will be given.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Credit cards will be charged on the day of purchase. There are no refunds or exchanges.

No. The FlexPass program is designed for one pass per person.

Discount fares are available for all seniors 65+, individuals with disabilities, Medicare recipients, elementary, middle and high school students ages 6-19. Children 5 years of age or younger ride free with a fare-paying adult (limit three children with each fare-paying adult). Active duty members of the U.S. military ride for free on all RTD services. Proof of eligibility is required for all passengers using discounted fare products.
