Maintenance on RTD's downtown Denver light rail service extended two days
Light rail service on the Regional Transportation District (RTD)’s H and L lines will be affected for two more days to do additional repairs. Light rail service will resume Saturday, Sept. 26.
Crews are replacing existing track along portions of the H and L lines in the downtown Denver area. This update is one of several maintenance projects planned for the coming years, directly benefiting the traveling public. Rail returns to regular service Saturday, Sept 26.
The L Line will not have service during this time. Riders can take bus Route 43 as an alternative, with southbound and westbound stops on California Street and northbound and eastbound stops on Stout Street.
The H Line will have no service north of Theatre District●Convention Center Station. Bus shuttles will serve the H Line at these affected stations:
-Theatre District●Convention Center Station
-16th●Stout and18th●Stout stations
-18th●California and16th●California stations
Riders should plan for additional travel time.
