Show Bike to Work Day spirit on June 22 and get a free t-shirt

RTD invites customers to join the fun on Bike to Work Day on Wednesday, June 22. Bicycle riders who stop by the RTD table at Civic Center Plaza or Union Station between 6:30 and 8:30 a.m. with their bike and gear, take a selfie and post on Instagram or Twitter tagging RTD will receive a commemorative t-shirt. 

With more people heading into the office, this fun and healthy event is a convenient way to commute. RTD allows bikes on buses and trains in designated areas, making connections to and from work even easier. This annual event is organized by the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) and is supported by cities, counties and community organizations throughout the region. 

Customers using light rail should be aware D Line service will be suspended June 21-22 between the I-25•Broadway and Littleton•Downtown stations for maintenance. Shuttle buses will not replace D Line service. Customers can use Route 0 or park at the I-25•Broadway Station Park-n-Ride or explore Routes 0, 21, 51 and 66.  The Use the RTD Next Ride web app is available to plan a trip and see bus and train locations in real time.
