Each month we highlight operators and other employees for their exceptional customer service. This month we recognize Marvin McChriston, for going above and beyond to help return a lost wallet.

“A few weeks ago, my 16-year-old had an unfortunate experience of driving off at a gas station with her wallet on top of her car! It was a very traumatic experience for my daughter (and her parents). One of your RTD drivers, a gentleman by the name of Marvin, miraculously saw my daughter’s wallet on the side of the road by one of his stops (Bridge Street and 50th) and picked it up. He called my daughter's school and started the process for us to get the wallet back. I just wanted to let you know that you have a man of great integrity working for you. He did not have to do that. He went out of his way to help my daughter. I do not know if you have an employee of the month or week, but if you do, I would highly recommend this gentleman. He was a miracle in our lives!”
