"This driver is awesome. He provides excellent service. I know that customers are expected to exit from the back. I am elderly and have problems with my back. The driver was very observant. We pulled up to my stop. The driver told me, "You can get off through the front entrance, it's okay." I didn't even have to ask. He was patient and did not rush me. I appreciated his good customer service. I really depend on RTD, I really do. I can't drive anymore. I have to take the bus. It makes life a lot easier for me. I ended up forgetting my cellphone. He found it and kept it up front with him. I met the bus when it came back around. The driver opened the door and said, "I have your phone!" He remembered me! What a great driver."
