Tasha Clavo

Tasha Clavo Operator of the Month

Just want to brag on one of the RTD bus drivers we had this past weekend… generally all of the drivers are great but this one was outstanding.  I was riding home from church with my elderly Mom and our regular stop at Pearl & Florida was closed due to the Pearl Street Farmers Market.  Having noticed that Mom had difficulty stepping up to board the bus (even after the step had been lowered), our WONDERFUL driver got us as close as possible to our destination of Logan & Florida due to the detour around Pearl Street, saving Mom extra steps.  Our driver greeted us with a cheerful “hello,” a smile and parted with “have a great day."  She was so kind and considerate.

I also witnessed her helping another passenger (a musician carrying a large instrument who was heading to perform at the 4th of July concert in Washington Park); he was uncertain about which stop was closest to where he needed to be and she pointed out the most convenient stop for him.  This driver is a gem and an excellent ambassador for RTD!
