Announcing the Routes 12 and 34 are available for transfer at 31st & Downing helps those passengers who aren't as familiar with the system. I certainly appreciate the extra effort you made to line up the bus along the curb where I got off at 31st & Franklin - so I didn't have to walk in the slush in the street, or attempt to make a standing long jump - despite the pylons delineating the bike lane not allowing much room to steer the bus. I hope you have a long career with RTD and eventually enjoy a well-deserved retirement! Or perhaps you'll work your way up the ranks and become GM/CEO here or at another agency that will be fortunate to have you. With your attention and care for your customers, I don't think this is too much of an exaggeration! Keep up the good work!"
