"When Operator Debey arrived at Wagon Road at the end of the run, there was a lost, elderly person who did not speak English. The operator was able to speak to the party's son on the phone and find out where they needed to go. There were no more buses to the the area, and Operator Debey offered to accommodate the person to their home. Operator Debey, thank you very much for your help this evening. You DEFINITELY made this passenger's life better through connections!"
