Effective January 8, 2023, RTD will implement the below service changes to increase service reliability and improve on-time performance. These changes also support RTD’s System Optimization Plan, which aims to increase ridership and address changing travel needs while improving service performance, efficiency, and quality.
Please note that the Proposed Service Changes to the following routes will not be implemented in the January 2023 Service Changes.
- Route 10 - Proposed change could not be made due to lack of opportunity for operator respite at terminal.
- Route 15L - Proposed change not necessary to accommodate schedule changes on Route 15.
These service changes took effect on January 8, 2023.
Final Changes for Local/Limited Bus Routes
Minor schedule adjustments will be made to increase on-time performance.
Route 12 will be split into the former Route 7 and Route 12, with the northern portion operating as Route 7 between the 38th•Blake and Northglenn•112th rail stations, and the southern portion operating as Route 12 between the Englewood and 38th•Blake stations.
This change represents the first phase of implementing Route 12 as described in RTD’s System Optimization Plan but does not contain separate branches and increased headway frequency due to lack of resources.

Route 120L will no longer service the Adams County Government Center stop on Saturdays, as the facility is closed on weekends.

Extending the northern portion of the route from the Kestrel neighborhood to both Forest Park Drive/Arapahoe Ave, as well as Diamond Circle/Aspen Ridge Drive (Sister Carmen Foodbank/Walmart area).
AM and PM peak service will operate hourly trips to Forest Park Drive, while mid-day service will operate hourly trips to Diamond Circle/Aspen Ridge Drive. Saturday and Sunday service will operate hourly and serve Diamond Circle/Aspen Ridge Drive only.
Adjusting the route name to Lafayette/Louisville/Broomfield to reflect the new terminal locations within Lafayette at Forest Park Drive/Arapahoe and Diamond Circle/Aspen Ridge Drive.
Minor schedule adjustments will be made to leave Denver Airport 2-5 minutes later to better accommodate airport employee shift times.
Final Changes for Regional Bus Routes
