Lost bikes

Bikes left on Denver-area buses are delivered to Civic Center Station (see note above about 2016 closure date) on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only. Bikes left on Boulder-area buses are generally delivered to the Downtown Boulder Station each business day.

If you contact us via phone shortly after your bike is left on a bus, we may be able to track it so you can meet the bus and retrieve it sooner. Please note that there may be times that this service will not be available, due to traffic, poor weather or special events.

After 5 business days from the date of loss, unclaimed bikes are donated to charity.

Tips to avoid leaving your bike on a bus:

  • When boarding, tell the bus operator where you will be exiting the bus.
  • Sit or stand at the front of the bus.
  • As you exit from the front of the bus, inform the bus operator that you will be unloading your bike.
