Call-n-Ride is a personalized bus service that travels within select RTD service areas. Get to work, school, go shopping or out on the town on your schedule with just one call.

Call-n-Ride offers the environmental and economic benefits of mass transit - at your convenience. Make your reservation and we'll provide an estimated pick-up time. When the bus arrives, pay your exact cash fare. It's that simple.

* Discount fares apply to all seniors 65+, individuals with disabilities, Medicare recipients, and students in elementary, middle and high school, ages 6-19. Proof of eligibility is required when boarding. RTD passes and tickets are accepted on Call-n-Ride. Passengers with valid RTD Access‑a‑Ride ID cards ride free on Call‑n‑Ride.

Make a reservation
Call the driver in your desired service area and request travel at least one hour or up to two weeks in advance. Your can even use your subscription service to schedule recurring trips.

You can also book your trip online. Register or log in and book at least two hours prior to departure. Subscription trips can also be booked online. In order to use our online booking service, your telephone number must be in our system from a previous Call-n-Ride trip. Please note online booking is only available for select Call-n-Rides.

Flex routes
During certain high-traffic hours, as a service to commuters and office parks, we modify our Call-n-Ride service to make scheduled stops in designated areas. These flex routes are available in Meridian, North Inverness, and South Inverness.

Tips: Drivers may combine trip requests to create shared rides, so you may even make some new friends along the way. When scheduling your trip, provide your name, date of travel, departure location, destination, and desired arrival or departure time. Service is available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

All RTD vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
