RTD launches second round of special project

RTD released its second Call for Projects with $2 million available annually for a three-year period beginning January 2025 for projects that will help improve mobility. Eligible organizations can apply for RTD partnership funding through 5 p.m. Monday, June 3, 2024. RTD will hold a virtual Q&A session at 11 a.m. Monday, May 6, 2024. Full story.

RTD to debut new AANHPI wrapped bus in May 

May is Asian America, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month, and RTD is honoring the achievements and cultural diversity of the AANHPI community in the Denver metro area with a specially designed bus. The artwork is a collaborative effort to ensure that the bus wrap was inclusive and representative of the AANHPI communities in Colorado. Full story.
