Khôi phục dịch vụ đường sắt tại khu trung tâm thành phố.
Vào thứ Năm, ngày 29 tháng 8, RTD đã hoàn thành Giai đoạn một của Dự án Tái thiết Đường sắt Trung tâm Thành phố.
Mặc dù công tác tái thiết năm nay đã hoàn thành, dịch vụ đường sắt nhẹ sẽ không hoạt động trở lại tại khu trung tâm thương mại của Denver cho đến ngày 29 tháng 9. Trước khi các tuyến D, H và L ở khu Downtown Loop được khôi phục hoạt động, RTD phải tiến hành kiểm tra an toàn kỹ lưỡng trên các đường ray vừa được xây dựng lại. Ngoài ra, cơ quan này sẽ bảo trì hệ thống dây điện trên cao và thực hiện các sửa chữa bảo dưỡng định kỳ trên toàn mạng lưới đường sắt.
Lịch trình xe buýt và tàu hỏa hiện tại đã được thiết lập và sẽ được giữ nguyên cho đến hết tháng Chín. Những thay đổi dịch vụ của RTD được lên kế hoạch trước nhiều tháng nhằm tăng độ tin cậy của dịch vụ, cải thiện hiệu suất đúng giờ và khôi phục các tuyến đường bị ảnh hưởng bởi các dự án bảo trì theo kế hoạch.

Vào Chủ nhật, ngày 29 tháng 9, RTD sẽ thực hiện các thay đổi dịch vụ dưới đây để tăng độ tin cậy, cải thiện hiệu suất đúng giờ, khôi phục dịch vụ đưa đón học sinh và khôi phục các tuyến đường thường xuyên bị ảnh hưởng bởi Giai đoạn 1 của Dự án Tái thiết Đường sắt Trung tâm Thành phố.
