Resumen de los cambios de servicio propuestos para mayo de 2025
RTD propone cambios en el servicio para aumentar la fiabilidad, mejorar la puntualidad y adaptarse a la afluencia estacional. Estas actualizaciones están en consonancia con el Plan de optimización del sistemacuyo objetivo es mejorar la experiencia general de los usuarios del transporte público. Los cambios de servicio propuestos en mayo no incorporan el proyecto de reconstrucción del centro de la ciudad, ya que las fases 2-4 están programadas para reanudarse con los cambios de servicio de RTD de septiembre de 2025.
La opinión de los clientes es una parte esencial de este proceso, y RTD ofrece múltiples formas de participación a clientes y partes interesadas. Animamos a los clientes a compartir sus opiniones rellenando una encuesta en línea, asistiendo a una reunión pública virtual o a la Pregunte a un planificador de servicios sesión, contacto con RTDo participando con nosotros en actos comunitarios.
El periodo de comentarios sobre los cambios de servicio propuestos para mayo de 2025 finalizó el jueves 6 de marzo. Una vez revisados los comentarios, y si el Consejo de Administración de RTD aprueba los cambios propuestos, los cambios de servicio entrarán en vigor el domingo 25 de mayo de 2025.
