Ride with Onward!

To use Onward for Access-on-Demand trips, you must:

1. Have a current RTD Access-a-Ride certification
2. If you have not already been contacted by Onward, then submit the Access-on-Demand Enrollment Form and select Onward as a provider. Allow 3 business days for processing of the enrollment form.
   • If Onward has reached out to you already, you have been enrolled with them. Just text "BOOK" to 983-223-7088 to book a ride.
3. Add a payment method to your Onward account.
4. Your name must match your RTD enrollment records

To use a WAV, you must be eligible through Access-a-Ride to do so. Call 303-299-2960 to discuss updates to your eligibility and mobility devices.

When requesting a ride, mention that you’re booking a WAV when you text or call.

• Credit/debit card saved in profile during booking
• Cash is not accepted
• $4.50 cancellation or no-show fee, not covered by the subsidy

NEW PRICING STRUCTURE CUSTOMERS REQUIRING WAV

Initial Fare + RTD $20 Subsidy = Up to 15 Miles

• Standard Fare: $4.50 per trip, before subsidy applies
• LiVE Fare: $2.25 per trip, before subsidy applies
• Under 19: No fare due

$3 per mile after 15 miles.

PRICING FOR ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS:

Onward uses Uber for these trips.

Initial Fare + $20 Subsidy = Variable Rate, set by Uber

*Trip price is determined by trip length and driver availability and will fluctuate. Trip cost, minus subsidy, will be provided at the time of booking.

• Driver tracking link sent to phone when using Text2Book so you know when to be ready
• Only 1 mobility device allowed per vehicle.
• No extra destinations allowed
• Must be over 18
• Extra passengers: Up to 2 extra allowed with ambulatory customers; 1 extra allowed with WAV customers; No fees for extra passengers.
