“I Speak” buttons and bus QR decals expand language access for customers

RTD is introducing two new tools designed to make riding transit more accessible for customers who speak languages other than English. They include RTD frontline staff who speak a language other than English wearing multilingual “I Speak” buttons to identify themselves as a resource for customers and new “Language Help” decals across RTD’s bus fleet that make it easier for customers to access transit information in their preferred language.
