Phase 2 of structural repairs at Nine Mile Park-n-Ride garage begins
East halves of level 2 and level 3 to close as part of year-long repairs.
RTD began the second phase of its long-term structural repair project at the Nine Mile Station Park-n-Ride garage on Monday, June 23.
Phase 2 shifts traffic control measures and construction activity to the east half of levels two and three of the parking structure. The work follows the completion of Phase 1, which began in August 2024, and is expected to continue through June 2026.
This effort is part of RTD’s ongoing two-and-a-half-year rehabilitation project to improve safety and extend the life of the garage. Construction is being carried out in multiple phases to limit disruptions to parking and bus operations. Transit service remains unaffected.
RTD encourages customers to follow on-site signage and exercise caution near active work areas. Customers are encouraged to subscribe to Service Alerts for updates.
