Reminder: RTD improvements project underway at Table Mesa Park-n-Ride
DENVER (March 24, 2026) –– The Regional Transportation District (RTD) began work March 23 to perform structural repairs at the Table Mesa Park-n-Ride. To ensure customer safety, the 18-month project will require temporary closure of the station plaza area and relocation of some bus gates.
The parking garage, Bike-n-Ride shelter, and Kiss-n-Ride inside the garage will remain open during construction. Signage will direct customers to temporary boarding locations. RTD recommends allowing extra travel time when connecting to relocated bus gates.
Work includes improvements to the front stair tower on the north side of the parking structure, steel repairs to the awning, roofing replacement, and isolated structural concrete repairs within the garage. Bus gates B and C in front of the parking garage will be temporarily closed for the duration of the project.
- Customers arriving on the Flatiron Flyer (FF) or Airport (AB) routes will deboard at the bus stop along Table Mesa Drive across from the Park-n-Ride
- Customers departing on FF or AB routes will board at the south ramp boarding plaza on the south side of U.S. 36
- An elevator on Level 4 of the Park-n-Ride garage provides access the pedestrian bridge over U.S. 36 to the south ramp boarding plaza
The project is estimated to be completed in September 2027. Additional details and project updates are available on RTD’s website. Customers can sign up for Service Alerts for the latest information on detours, delays, or cancellations.
