19 October 2023Boulder Junction at Depot Square Station
This 160-acre redevelopment area in Boulder is a mixed-use, pedestrian-oriented neighborhood with regional transit connections and public spaces that will benefit the community for years to come. The new Boulder Junction Station, an underground bus facility, opened on August 16, 2015.
18 October 2023Sheridan Station Project
In 2012, during the construction of the W Line, RTD and ULC participated in a land swap to enable the future creation of transit-oriented development at Sheridan Station.
18 October 2023Olde Town Arvada Station Project
RTD, the City of Arvada, and the Arvada Urban Renewal Authority contracted with Trammell Crow Company to begin development on a nine-acre site adjacent to the future Olde Town Arvada Station along the G Line.

Boulder Junction at Depot Square Station is an innovative transit-oriented development that supports a mixed-use, pedestrian friendly neighborhood with access to regional transit connections. The TOD development is located in the larger Boulder Junction area at the northeast corner of 30th Street and Pearl Parkway.

Located on the edges of the Baker and Washington Park neighborhoods, a transit-oriented development project known as Denizen was built on a former Park-n-Ride lot and bus turnaround at Alameda Station.

RTD actively pursues collaboration efforts that integrate new mobility services with traditional public transportation. As such, we are proud to announce an exciting new collaboration with Uber. Starting in January 2019 users in the Denver area will be able to choose public transportation as an option directly through the Uber app!
