15 December 2021RTD takes action to deter illegal racing at US 36•Sheridan Station
RTD will close the top level of the US 36•Sheridan Station parking structure beginning Thursday, Dec. 16, not Westminster Station as previously reported. The closure is to deter recent illegal street racing activities that have occurred at that location. The parking garage is located at 5025 W. 88th Place in Westminster. 8 December 2021Saturday work to impact RTD light rail service on E and R lines
From 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 11, RTD will perform maintenance that will impact light rail service on the E Line between Arapahoe at Village Center and Southmoor stations, and on the R Line between Lincoln and Dayton stations. Recognizing the safety and security of RTD’s employees and customers is paramount, RTD is enhancing security measures in response to an increase in unwelcome activities that are impacting Denver's central core, and in particular the area surrounding Denver Union Station.
