RTD’s annual community surveys reveal improvements in satisfaction, performance, and customer experience
RTD’s latest annual customer and community surveyresults show double-digit, year-over-year improvements in several categories, including personal safety and security, vehicle cleanliness, service frequencies, and the agency’s overall value.This is the fifth consecutive year RTD commissioned the surveys to gauge customer satisfaction and community perceptions about the agency.
Saturday work at Union Station affects commuter rail lines
B and N Line customers are encouraged to check RTD’s Next Ride web app for service options to and from Union Station. RTD will conduct routine maintenance Saturday, June 28 on tracks 2 through 7 that will affect commuter rail service on multiple rail lines.
RTD rides with Pride at Sunday’s parade
Be on the lookout for RTD’S Pride-themed bus and the RTD team who will be marching in the VizzyPride Parade on Sunday, June 29. The parade starts at 9:30 a.m. and will impact some of RTD’s services, including bus routes. Find more details here.
