Celebrate the 11th Annual BOOnion Station Trick-or-Treat Parade
Join RTD at the 11th annual “BOOnion Station Trick-Or-Treat Parade” from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30. The free community event held at Union Station offers a fun way to get into the spirit of Halloween for families. Youth ages 19 and under can ride at no cost to downtown Denver with RTD’s Zero Fare for Youth program.
Be on the lookout for RTD staff dressed in their spookiest costumes — but have no fear, they will be greeting customers and their families and will be available to answer questions about transit options. RTD will also have a bus stationed in front of Wynkoop Plaza, where several RTD staff will be giving out candy. Children and families will be welcome to come aboard and explore the bus throughout the duration of the event.
Attendees are encouraged to wear costumes and march in the parade, in addition to partaking in trick-or-treating and taking mini-train rides.
