Holiday message from RTD GM and CEO Debra Johnson

During this season of celebration, I want to extend my warmest wishes to you, your family, and your loved ones. It has been a privilege to serve you this past year.

Your continued collaboration and support allow us to deliver exceptional transit services and make lives better through connections. This year, we continued to persevere and create opportunities for an enhanced customer experience. We oered Zero Fare for Better Air to encourage transit travel among both existing and new customers. Our Next Ride app made it easier for customers, like you, to plan trips and make connections—and even find the closest place to vote! We released MyRide, RTD’s new fare payment system. We also authored a new e-bike policy, providing yet another way to travel with RTD.

As we look back on this past year, standing ready and eager to greet 2023, I wish you a wonderful holiday season and exceptional New Year.
