RTD honored as 2025 Corporate Partner of the Year by Asian Chamber of Commerce

RTD has been named the 2025 Corporate Partner of the Year by the Asian Chamber of Commerce (ACC), recognizing the agency’s outstanding support of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) small businesses and organizations.

Selected from among five nominees, RTD was honored for its leadership in empowering AANHPI entrepreneurs, strengthening cultural inclusion and promoting equitable business opportunities. The award celebrates corporations that demonstrate exceptional commitment through partnerships, mentorship and resource sharing that foster business growth.

According to ACC President and CEO Fran Campbell, the chamber recognized RTD for its positive impact on empowering AAPI entrepreneurs, advancing cultural inclusion and promoting a more equitable business environment across the region.

RTD’s Small Business Opportunity Office accepted the award on behalf of the agency during the ACC Annual Gala on Oct. 3 at the Ameristar Casino and Resort in Black Hawk, Colorado. Since early 2025, the office has supported ACC members by regularly attending chamber meetings, sharing contracting opportunities, engaging in cultural initiatives and inviting ACC leadership to participate in RTD’s Small/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Council (S/DBEAC) meetings.

The most recent S/DBEAC event held Aug. 27, 2025, featured two panel discussions, including one highlighting how chambers of commerce and community partners can help businesses find contracting opportunities, and another sharing success stories from small firms currently serving as RTD small business leads. The event earned a perfect 5-out-of-5 satisfaction rating from attendees.

RTD’s ongoing work with these partners demonstrates the agency’s commitment to helping small and disadvantaged businesses, while also a more diverse and inclusive economic environment for all.
