RTD January service changes take effect Jan. 9

Beginning Sunday, Jan. 9, RTD will implement service changes to the University of Colorado A Line, FlexRide and select bus routes.

RTD adjusts its schedule three times a year to address ridership changes, activities such as traffic patterns, economic factors, and customer feedback that affect its system. Some of the changes support increases in ridership, improve on-time performance and increase service reliability.

For a complete look at the changes RTD is making, visit the January 2022 service changes page.

University of Colorado A Line
The University of Colorado A Line will leave Union Station at 3 a.m., instead of 3:15 a.m., and arrive at the Airport Station at 3:37 a.m. This new departure time will benefit airport employees, retailers and airline travelers, in need of reaching DEN earlier than the current schedule allows. This change is a result of collaboration among RTD, DEN and Denver Transit Partners (DTP), the concessionaire that operates the commuter rail line.
