RTD reminds customers of last Flatiron Flyer departure ahead of sold-out CU football game

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is reminding customers to plan ahead if traveling from Boulder to Denver after the University of Colorado Buffaloes football game on Saturday, Sept. 20. The last Flatiron Flyer trip, which is operating on normal Saturday service that day, is scheduled to depart Downtown Boulder Station at approximately 11:15 p.m.

The team will host the Wyoming Cowboys at Folsom Field that evening, with kickoff scheduled for 8:15 p.m. The sold-out game coincides with the college’s family weekend and is expected to draw large crowds.

Because the last bus is expected to leave before the game ends, customers planning to return to Denver by transit are encouraged to plan their trip with RTD’s Next Ride or consider alternate travel options.
