
Accountability Committee Records
RTD is committed to transparency and to making its records available to the public for inspection.
Established in Senate Bill 25-161, the Accountability Committee consists of 14 voting members appointed by the legislature and the Governor and one non-voting member appointed by RTD. The Committee will evaluate and make recommendations to support RTD’s success as a transit agency. The Committee will deliver a final report with recommendations to the legislature and governor by January 30, 2026.
