Senate Bill 161 10-Year Plan

As part of Senate Bill 25-161, RTD will build upon its Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA) to establish a 30-year holistic vision.

RTD's plan will closely align with the goals contained in both the Five-Year Financial Forecast (FYFF) and the updated Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA) when it is completed.
