Michelle Lawrence is the Manager of Operations and Training for RTD-PD Police Communications. She has over 25 years of experience in 911 and emergency communications working at El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, the El Paso/Teller County 911 Authority and has been employed at RTD since 2016. She is responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating emergency dispatch operations and personnel for RTD-PD.
