Building a Better RTDRTD is committed to improving the quality of service for our customers by continuously renewing, enhancing, and expanding our world-class transit system.

At RTD, we are proud of the work we do to connect communities, but we recognize that continued investment is needed to sustain and improve our system. All of our investments are focused on enhancing the safety, capacity, reliability, access, and experience for our customers as you journey throughout our system each day. In addition to improving our system, RTD is committed to enhancing communication about our investments, especially those that will impact our customers. As part of RTD’s Strategic Plan, our Annual Scorecard identifies the following two key initiatives.

  • Create a clear, accessible public portal tracking all major infrastructure investments that is updated regularly.
  • Develop, publish and maintain an Annual Infrastructure Roadmap that highlights major critical investments, especially those that require planned service changes.

Progress toward achieving these initiatives will be measured by responses to annual employee, customer and community surveys. Feedback from the surveys will also help RTD identify future opportunities for improvement.
