Building a Better RTDRTD’s bus services operate 1,308 vehicles serving 9,720 bus stops throughout the 2,345 square mile district. RTD currently operates more than 100 fixed bus routes.
The following infrastructure investments will be made in 2026 to renew and enhance our bus system. The projects include parking structure repairs, improved signage, landscaping, maintenance facility upgrades and support for partner projects such as Colfax and 119 Bus Rapid Transit.
