Building a Better RTD

RTD’s commuter rail services operate 66 vehicles on more than 54 miles of track connecting 27 stations from downtown Denver to locations throughout the district. RTD currently operates four commuter rail routes.

The following infrastructure investments will be made in 2026 to renew and enhance our commuter rail system. These investments include improvements and repairs to pedestrian bridges and platforms, noise mitigations, access control and landscape improvements.
