Update on RTD’s SBE Certification Program

Please be advised: As of Monday, February 22, 2021, RTD temporarily suspended its Small Business Certification (SBE) and will not be accepting or processing new SBE certifications until further notice. If you are currently certified with RTD as an SBE, RTD will continue to process the annual updates and renewals of your RTD SBE certifications. RTD will continue to set SBE goals on our locally funded projects and honor RTD SBE certifications on RTD contracts with SBE goals.

The Bid Code Addition/Removal form should be submitted when requesting a change to bid codes for an existing SBE certification.

 

The Change/No Change Affidavit form should be submitted annually and/or in the event of any changes to organizational structure and contact information.

Prime and Subcontractor Payment Forms

Form E reports payments to DBE/SBE subcontractors and must be submitted monthly by prime contractors.

Form E2 reports payments received from prime contractors and must be submitted DBE/SBE contractors.
