March is the month when humans start to emerge from the warmth of their homes like a grizzly bear who just woke up from hibernation. Hints of warm weather permeate the air. Trees start budding. The Canadian geese are finally heading back home. The snow is… well, the snow is still around. However, the best part of March (aside from how much snow the ski resorts get) is the fantastic variety of events that happen around the city.

On Monday, representatives from RTD visited Eldora Mountain Resort to talk with skiers and snowboarders about how to beat the traffic, avoid weekend single occupancy vehicle parking fees and ditch the fight for parking spots by taking the Route NB2.
21 February 2023RTD’s Free MallRide detour extends to Civic Center beginning Feb. 26
RTD will extend the current MallRide shuttle detour to Civic Center Station during preconstruction utility work taking place as part of mall reconstruction. The detour will begin Sunday, Feb. 26, and the MallRide shuttle is expected to return to the mall later this year.
