4 January 2021RTD’s newest service changes take effect on Jan. 10
RTD will carry out its regularly scheduled service changes on Jan. 10. The system update involves changes to frequency and routes, reflecting the ongoing reality of COVID-19 that has only 40% of pre-pandemic ridership boarding trains and buses.

Kristine joined the Access-a-Ride team after retiring from an 11-year career at the Department of Health and Human Services. She began working part-time as a Reservationist at the Access-a-Ride Call Center about a year ago, where she books rides for both Access-a-Ride and Access-a-Cab customers.

Two RTD police officers are being honored for saving a life. K9 Officer Corey Averill and Officer Ryan Schott each received the RTD Transit Police Division’s new Lifesaving Medal, thanks to their quick actions. This medal is awarded to anyone directly responsible for the saving of a human life.
