
Bus decals provide multilingual access to essential RTD customer information

Customers riding RTD buses will now see new Language Help decals designed to make it easier to access transit information in their preferred language. The agency has completed installation of the decals across its fixed-route bus fleet, including contracted vehicles. Located near bus entry doors, the decals feature a QR code that directs customers to a dedicated Language Help webpage with commonly requested transit information, including trip planning, fares, Customer Care contact information, and security resources. RTD prepares for surge of customers during busy summer weekend

With several activities scheduled this weekend, RTD is preparing to serve customers as fans head downtown to attend a variety of major events at the Colorado Convention Center, Auraria Campus, Coors Field, and Empower Field at Mile High Stadium. RTD encourages customers to plan ahead.
RTD, Truckers Against Trafficking partner to raise awareness of human trafficking

This summer, RTD is joining members of the transportation industry across North America to educate youth, caregivers, and community members about human trafficking in age-appropriate ways. The campaign is hosted by Truckers Against Trafficking (TAT), a national nonprofit committed to educating, equipping, empowering, and mobilizing members of key industries and agencies to combat human trafficking. To date, TAT has trained more than 2 million members of the transportation industry with free, industry-specific anti-trafficking resources. More.
