Regular service on H and E lines resumed after necessary repairs to Yale light rail bridge

Light rail began operating again on both sets of tracks and resumed 15-minute service frequencies along the Southeast Corridor this week. RTD completed approximately four weeks of emergency repairs to the Yale Street bridge. The structure was damaged when a fuel tanker crashed into the bridge’s retaining wall on Thanksgiving. Read more about these repairs.

RTD customers can celebrate responsibly with Zero Fare for New Year’s Eve

For the 17th year, RTDis partnering with Molson Coors to provide Zero Fare for New Year’s Eve, a program that encourages Denver metro area residents and visitors to welcome the new year responsibly. All RTD bus and rail routes – as well as Access-a-Ride and FlexRide services – will be provided at no cost to customers from 7 p.m., Dec. 31, through 7 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 1. Full story.

The RTD’s 16th Street FreeRide saw boardings climb significantly during the first full month of the corridor reopening, signaling renewed momentum for downtown mobility and revitalization.
