Progress continues at Kalamath Crossing with track tamping and surfacing
Last weekend, crews reconstructed the light rail crossing at Kalamath Street and reopened two lanes of traffic on Saturday evening. This week’s Downtown Rail Reconstruction Project update highlights crews continued work this week, tamping and surfacing over 1,000 linear feet of track, completing 6 welds, and performing rail-to-earth testing.
