RTD Board directors to hold virtual town hall on May 21 to gather input on updates to Title VI program
Directors Ruscha and Guzman will host public event to gain feedback
DENVER (May 15, 2025) –– The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is extending its feedback period on its draft 2025-2028 Title VI Program through May 22. Title VI of the Civil Rights Act ensures equitable access to transit services and compliance with federal regulations. RTD updates the Title VI Program every three years. The agency is seeking input on several key components, including its Public Participation Plan, Title VI Policies, and Language Access Plan. Community members can review and provide feedback on the proposed updates on RTD's Title VI Program webpage.
As part of the input process, RTD Board Directors JoyAnn Ruscha, District B, and Michael Guzman, District C, and members of the RTD staff will host a virtual presentation to outline proposed policy and process changes.
