RTD-PD officers help person in need at Union Station

Several RTD Transit Police (RTD-PD) officers helped a man who had been at Denver Union Station for two days after losing his ticket to Albuquerque. The officers learned the man lacked the resources to purchase another ticket. Six officers (L-R Keith Cambra, Misa Peterson, Scott Butler, Brian Cambra, and Ian Galgano), and not pictured, Sgt. Jason Spillis, patiently helped the stranded individual, collecting money out of their own pockets to purchase a ticket and assist him in traveling home.

RTD continues to celebrate National Police Week by recognizing these individuals for lending a helping hand and every officer who comprises the RTD-PD.
