Subscription Services

RTD uses Salesforce - Marketing Cloud and Constant Contact, third-party digital subscription management services to manage email subscriptions, newsletter subscriptions, service alerts and communications. Salesforce - Marketing Cloud and Constant Contact do not share information gathered through their clients with third parties for commercial purposes. Smart card (MyRide Card)

RTD's Smart card revenue collection system collects ridership data and financial transaction data when a card is loaded with fare values and in written or email correspondence between you and RTD regarding your MyRide card account. Next Ride App

RTD's Next Ride app uses the individual's account information which is saved to their personal device only. RTD does not save this information in the data base, and settings will be erased if the user deletes their browsing history and/or cookies.

Mobile Ticketing

Customers may purchase electronic tickets through RTD’s Mobile tickets application (MyRide) or a third-party application, currently limited to the Transit App. Customers may also purchase Tap-n-Ride fare by tapping compatible bankcards on RTD bus and rail validators. Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information

We collect aggregated (non-personal) information such as Internet domain, IP address, browser, operating system, referring/exit pages, date and time stamp, etc. from all visitors to our website for statistical purposes. Aggregated information does not include personal identifying information. The information collected is used for analysis and reporting, and for providing information on site trends and usage so that we can continue to enhance our site based on our customers’ needs.
